Ardalan has been working the Estate Agency field since 1999 for various companies in the corporate sector as well as family run firms such as Cartwright Hands. In his spare time he likes to watch and play sports such as: Football, Tennis and snowboarding.

He likes travelling and eating out as well as cooking at home.

Chris is a Chartered surveyor, Registered Valuer and Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

He has specialised in all aspects of residential property for over 40 years. If you have any question on any property matters make Chris your first port of call. 

When not at work Chris enjoys walking the family Golden Retriever, Travel and following Coventry Rugby Club.

Guy joined the firm in 2005 after graduating from the University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management. He was elected a professional member of the RICS in 2008. Guy is the managing director controlling the day-to-day running of the company and deals principally with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. He also supervises the property management department.  He deals with a variety of clients from individuals to blue chip landlords, charities, tenants and developers.

Barbara has worked for lettings accounts and estate agents for the last 21 years. She deals with rental invoicing for the Commercial and Residential properties, managing all rental payments received and paying our Landlords. This role also covers Landlord and Tenant enquiries and credit control.

When not at work, Barbara enjoys travelling with her husband and the company of the 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Debbie has worked in estate agency for approx. 30+ years, starting as ‘office junior’ dealing with all general office duties- progressing to receiving property enquiries to negotiating on property sales in the Nuneaton/Coventry area.

Away from the office Debbie enjoys going to the theatre, attending horse racing meetings and socialising with friends/ family over drinks/ eating out out.

Jolene is the main point of contact for survey department. She is at hand for all your queries, quotes for surveys and making appointment. Jolene has many years’ experience within the industry and assisting Directors with their day to day tasks.

When not typing at the speed of light you will find Jolene spending time with her family and exploring the world.

Lauren started Cartwright Hands in 2017 as our Apprentice and is now in the process of finishing her Level 6 Residential Surveying and valuation course. At present she specialises in preparing inventory reports so property condition is her forte!

When not at work Lauren enjoys spending time with family, travelling and socialising with friends (with a cocktail or 10).

Lisa joined Cartwright Hands team in 2022 and has really enjoyed estate agency. She loves meeting new potential buyers, showing around properties.

In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, looking after her two parrots -Henry and Percy and not forgetting her two children.

Stacy has been part of the team for seven years. She largely helps the survey department with arranging appointments and preparing reports.

When not at work Stacy enjoys spending time with her family, going out for meals and taking their little yorkie Maisy with them!

Zoe deals with our internal accounts. She has worked in accounting over 25 years, and has worked both within practice and in industry.

Aria in Italian means air, which is quite appropriate as she spends most of her time jumping on either humans, other dogs, or furniture. Although Head of Security she really is more of the welcoming committee knowing when people are coming in before they do! Her likes are tennis balls and unwrapping presents with dislikes being the local Amazon driver and the Husky from down the road who thinks he is better at security.
